How can I book a room?
To view rates or book a room, simply click the “Book Now” button to be taken to our booking engine. Follow the prompts to provide your icontact and payment information, and your order will be processed.
Are there discounts for weekly or monthly stays?
Yes, we do offer discounted long-term rates. Monthly stays are available at a flat rate of $800 per month. Guests can view all detailed pricing by navigating to our CloudBeds booking page through the “Book Now” button on our website.
Do you host group bookings, retreats, or worker accommodations?
Yes, we accommodate all three. If you’re planning a group stay, organizing a retreat, or arranging housing for workers, you can reach us by submitting the contact form on our website. A representative will respond with availability, pricing, and any additional details you may need.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is not guaranteed but may be possible depending on room readiness that day. Late check-out is also possible depending on occupancy. If you need either, please call our front desk at (825) 401-7851, and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your timing. A valid credit card and government-issued ID are required at check-in.
Do you provide toiletries?
Guests are responsible for bringing their own toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and personal care items. If needed, a toiletry kit can be purchased at the Front Desk for $5.
Is parking available at the lodge?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all registered guests. However, Nekinan Lodge is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged vehicles or belongings left inside them.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival incur no charges. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before arrival, one night’s room rate will be charged. Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel will also be charged one night’s room rate. For early departures, guests will be charged for the remaining nights unless we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. During peak and holiday periods, the cancellation window extends to seven days prior to arrival. Any cancellations made within that seven-day period result in a charge of 50% of the total stay, and no-shows during peak demand are charged 100% of the reservation.
